On the fourth Advent, we invite you to join us for the last deep group healing session of this year. We aim to resolve family issues and strengthen self-love.

Family issues often reflect unresolved conflicts and suppressed emotions that prevent us from fully living and loving ourselves. They are the invisible chains we often carry unconsciously. Self-love begins when we loosen and release these (family) bonds – Yes, we often need to let go of our parents and children before we can lovingly embrace them again.

The Christmas season, a symbol of renewal and hope, provides the perfect setting to break old patterns and start the new year with fresh energy and enhanced love.
Hartmut will guide you through these healing spaces, cleansing not only the heart and root chakras but also helping you find inner peace.
